dressed-down silk OOTD

i love silk, especially because it can be both dressed up and down. another plus is that since i'm always cold, even in the dead of summer, i can wear long-sleeve silk shirts without getting too hot! today's outfit was great - i get cold inside at work so the sleeves are nice but then they aren't too hot when i go outside! i dressed down this silk shirt with some light wash jeans and then threw on some leopard flats to mix up my prints!

city cami + frank shorts

after a busy day at work, i was lucky enough to have my parents treat me to dinner and popsicles at mafiaoza's and las paletas! two of my nashville favorites with my two favorite people! the next few days are going to be busy at work (we are shipping out pre-fall and it is amazing) and then i will be heading home on thursday for fourth of july weekend! thursday afternoon and evening will be spent prepping for the masses coming to our house for fourth festivities! i am so looking forward to the holiday weekend so i apologize if posts are few and far between!
